The Electro Freeze 876B is a high-volume countertop cocktail freezer designed to deliver smooth, consistent frozen beverages with minimal labor. This machine is preset to produce a thicker premium consistency drink perfect for premixed cocktails such as margaritas, daiquiris, and spiked teas.

The large visual product window provides excellent merchandising of vibrant beverage colors while allowing operators to easily monitor product levels. Product viscosity can also be manually adjusted to dial in beverage thickness to meet your serving requirements.

The 876B can be configured with water cooling for installations running multiple machines such as daiquiri bars. An optional refrigerated hopper (BRH) allows operators to serve real fruit or dairy mixes including frozen cappuccinos and specialty beverages.
