What products does Electro Freeze offer?

Do Electro Freeze machines come with a warranty?

Yes. All new Electro Freeze equipment includes a 1-year parts and labor warranty. Extended warranties and on-site service plans are also available—ask your EZ Brands representative for details.

How do I clean and sanitize my machine?

We recommend daily rinse-outs with warm water and manufacturer-approved sanitizer. For a full monthly deep-clean, disassemble the beater, hopper, and pumps, then follow our step-by-step cleaning guide (downloadable PDF available upon request).

Where can I order parts and service?

Replacement parts and service requests can be placed online or by emailing partsandservice@electrofreezese.com. We aim to ship most in-stock parts within 24 hours.

Can I schedule on-site installation?
