How does the ordering process work? To order a machine, Contact us if you are in (Florida, Georgia) to order your machine and arrange installation. If you are outside of Florida or Georgia, Click Here to find your distributor.
What kind of service can I expect after the purchase of a new machine? We offer localized support through our local distributors and extended service network. We keep a stock of parts in your state, along with experienced local technicians ready to serve you. New machines come with a 1 year parts & labor, 2 year motor and gearbox, 5 year compressor warranty. To help you not have to worry about service and concentrate on your business.
Where do I get replacement parts? Parts are stocked in your state at your local distributor, most parts if ordered early can be ordered for next day delivery. We provide quality OEM parts, made specifically for your machine.
How does shipping work? After ordering your machine will be shipped to the local distributor, who will then schedule delivery and installation. Your responsibility is to have the correct power and water lines required for machine installation.
