We used the iconic Dole Whip and a classic rum. Please check your alcohol laws in your state. Alcohol when added to the mix also affects the consistency by changing the freezing point. We have calculated this Dole Whipe recipe to work perfectly in Electro Freeze batch freezers, however when experimenting keep in mind slight changes in alcohol, sugar, and fat will greatly change the final consistency.
