We used the Electro Freeze SLX400 soft serve machine to make a Tropical Dole Whip for summer. We want to thank Kent Precision for providing us with the Dole Tropical Whip. This recipe is completely vegan. Mechanically simple and exceptionally dependable, this machine is perfect for gelato, custard, and water ice shops. We add a gallon of mango Dole Whip and a gallon of pineapple Dole Whip, we then add a bit of red guava from T-Zone flavors to add a bit of color to the mix.
