We used the Electro Freeze B12V batch freezer to make a raspberry cognac sorbet. We want to thank Kent Precision for providing us with the raspberry Dole Whip. This recipe is completely vegan. This large-capacity batch freezer produces the highest quality ice cream, gelato, sorbet, Italian ice, or sherbets. Mechanically simple and exceptionally dependable, this machine is perfect for gelato, custard, and water ice shops. We add 20 oz. of cognac to 1 gallon of raspberry base.
