We made a delicious apple juice sherbet using only a few key ingredients. We started 3 quarts of apple juice, and 1 quart of ice cream base, and 1 pound of sugar. This is a great base flavor that is truly buildable, due to it being so simple. We used that B12V batch freezer that not only used as Italian Ice equipment.
