In this video we made a refreshing fresca frutti de basco with PreGel and Electro Freeze Southeast. We used 200 grams each of strawberry and raspberry frutti concentrate that helps bring out the flavor of natural fruit. We used 1000 grams of strawberries. 3 quarts of water, and fresca fruit. This recipe is versatile in the sense that it can be used in both in a soft serve machine as well as a batch freezer as seen in this video.
