We made a delicious strawberry chocolate ice cream. Today we used a chocolate mix using Honey Hill Farms and Hershey's chocolate powder. We then added 200 grams of more cocoa powder. We added a whole tub of strawberry Nesquick. We used Honey Hill Farms ice cream base to create a classic flavor that could be a hit at any ice cream store! We put this into our B12V batch freezer from Electro Freeze, the process was so easy that any employee will easily be able to learn how to make this. Add some inclusions to add even more fall zest!
