We made a delicious cranberry sherbet using only a few key ingredients. We started two bottles of cranberry juice , and 1 quart of ice cream base, and one pound of sugar. This is a great base flavor that is truly a blank canvas, due to it being so simple. We used that B12V batch freezer that not only used as Italian Ice equipment.
