The recipe for margarita tequila sorbet is fun and can add a twist to your establishment. When you are making ice cream under normal circumstances you must consider milk fat and sugar as those are the two ingredients that will change consistency the most. Alcohol when added to the mix also affects the consistency by changing the freezing point. We have calculated this margarita recipe to work perfectly in Electro Freeze batch freezers, however when experimenting keep in mind slight changes in alcohol, sugar, and fat will greatly change the final consistency.
